Westwick Lake Monday, June 27, 1955
Weather: sun and showers alternating
Nancy did the eggs we have been
collecting. Tim [Miles Timothy Myres] and Nancy [Mahoney] did
the cliff swallows around the
house. I worked on the
plant collecting, and baked a
pie on the old stove by the well.
The Fraser is reported to be
35 feet above flood level, and
all the bridges are out between
here and Quesnelle [Quesnel]. Mrs.
Thursday hatched her four eggs.
Tim [Miles Timothy Myres] made up the duckling
skins and checked recorders
and walked around Sorenson.
