today. On the summit recorded

Clark nutcracker
robins.
Chipping sparrow
White crowned sparrow
Sparrow hawk
Merlin
Golden eagle
Townsend Solitaire
Flicker
White t. [tailed] ptarmigan.
Jasper. May 22/46.
Spent most of the day shopping
but in late afternoon drove up
the Pallisades as far as the last
gully then hiked the hil [word crossed out] last mile

Drove down to Talbot Lake + with a
boat worked the western half of
the lake.
There is a great deal of game sign
