54 wounds, mostly on shoulders but
one large on [one] on abdomen had opened a 3/8" [inch]
hole into coelom. not healed.

Cecum: Lower end perforated with 1/4 inch hole to
outside. This had adhered to abdominal wall + was
not discharging. No faecal contents in abdomen, removal
of skin permitted contents to escape.
