Very little coyote sign. Found just
one pellet it contained rodent + bird
remains - saved for identification
Saw a single animal on the
road near the Conchie [conscientious objector] camp.
Very few tracks up Brewster Creek
+ no droppings along the trail.
1 rabbit + spruce grouse.

Saw a coyote 8 miles W. [west] of here. Grazed
its back + got only fur.
Very few winter in the park + those
only at the W. [west] edge. They come in
as the snow goes + clean up the
winter kills.
