each with a kid.
On slope 6 miles N. [north] of Maligne
5 goat - one a nanny with kid
of last year.

counted 20 goats sex? 1 [female symbol] 1 kid.

Today counted 15 goat North of mile 103
on the sidehill facing west + 15 others
on Mt [mount] Wilson.
Waterton L. [Lake] July 16/45. [1945]
At Wall Lake saw 3 [male symbol] goat one
of which we collected.
Measurements:- 1475, 150, 310 eat 115, shoulder 865.
good condition
F.H. Riggall states heads here all small -
never more than 9 1/2 to 9 3/4 inches - larger
farther north.
He reports that in July 1908 he located
a bunch of 14 [male symbol] + 2 dry [female symbol] goat in a basin
at the head of the Snake Indian. They took
one [male symbol] but when passing bye [by] a couple
of months later found only 6 goat there
