head of Crooked Cr [Creek].
Three male Leucosticte came off the cliff
on the S. [South] side of the falls + about 100 ft [feet] higher
No other noteworthy species - golden
Eagle. + pipit, one of each. Yellow W. [Warbler],
+ Pileolated Warbler singing, Macgillivray
seen - the last 3 down in the aspen
parkland. Richardson Grouse + 5 chicks
