Dear Uncle Liu Guang Zu,
I read from the newspaper of the Case of Maid in B.C. Province. There seems no solution yet. It reminds me of another case concerning maids. I was then in Quebec running a western food restaurant. I hired four white women in day and night shifts. Later the new law entered into force and the police came to check. I had to fire the white women. There were altogether twenty white women fired in Quebec. These white women were unhappy to have lost their jobs, because they had no other abilities. They needed the jobs because they had to pay bills. Finally I picked up a few smart white women, telling them how to respond to the police. If the police came to the restaurant, the white women could ask the policeman to find similar jobs for them because the only job they knew is restaurant job, they had no other abilities. If the police could find it they would quit the job in the restaurant run by Chinese. The white women were also instructed to tell other white women working with Chinese employers to do the same. They could also ask lawyers and their relatives to help make it widely known.
I hope this case would give you some hint.
Yours sincerely
Guan Song Nian
