Monashee Pass B.C. [British Columbia] June 28. 1937 During past few
days [Ian McTaggart] Cowan trapped about 16 Zapus around
camp in grass brush. I shot one below camp
on opposite side of River + caught another last
night across road from camp.
Mt. [Mount] Revelstoke. B.C. [British Columbia] Wardens Cabin 6000'
July 4/37 [1937]. Took a [male symbol] Zapus in mouse trap
under a large balsam tree in large clump of trees near
grassy meadow.
Cabin 8. July 16 to 26. 1937. Taken in
bush along roadsides + by small brooklet
with mossy banks
