Dear Messrs Huang Zhu Qiu, Liu Shao, Ma Ming Ren, Guan Wei Yuan,
We received, at 1PM on 18th, a letter from your Association, pushing for appropriation for urgent need. We checked and found that we sent $1,000 through post office to your Association on 14th. Upon receiving your letter, we are concerned that you have not yet got this money. Please check again, and give us a receipt for our file when you receive the money.
