salt block tonight

2 [female symbol] + 2 [male symbol] in addition to the above
came to the salt block today.
Noted den tracks right at the
head of Maligne Lake - fawn tracks
there along with adults.
Macdonald tells me that a few
deer winter near Summit Lake
on the Jacques Lake trail.
Kills:- One [female symbol] dead in March
at Summit L. [lake] - cause unknown
One [male symbol] dead at Medicine
Lake - Macd. [Macdonald] reports it because
very thin + finally died.
Maligne L. [lake] July 26/44 [1944]
Saw 3 [male symbol] + 1 [female symbol] on alplands N [north] of
cabin.
