• Feb 11 Sat. L. Beryl Alan Dorothy & I went to Rennes at 11. am Fine day: lunch at Chez Metayer (guinea fowl & salad) in honour of demise of Yeats. Bought small objects in market, and books for Alan Karl : repaired typewriter: red & green blouse, & stockings for Laura. But busy all the time until 5; somehow. X End of resistance in Catalunya.
