The ground floor consists of a vestibule, hall, living room, dining room, kitchenette, larder, bedroom, bathroom and water closet. The second floor or attic contains a bedroom, bathroom and sleeping balcony. The wood-frame construction is finished in shingles. Contract drawings stamped and inscribed: "This is one of the drawings referred to in our contract dated Feb. 2, 1922. [Signed] Hunter & Halket [and] Horace Tyzack".
