Plans, elevations and wiring diagram. One-storey house containing a living room, kitchen, pantry, dining nook, two bedrooms and bathroom. The drawings originally called for a board and batten exterior, but this was changed to stucco. One drawing indicates a part basement as an alternative arrangement. Contract drawings signed by Horace Leggett and Adrien Emile Girardeau (contractors) and Emily Madison Lewis.
