A photograph of Lee Folk Gay (李福基; Li Fuji; 1846-1918). This photo is part of the Chinese Public School founding members photo collection taken in 1900. The photo collection is framed and placed by the doorway inside the meeting hall on the top floor of the Chinese Public School at 636 Fisgard Street in Victoria, B.C. He was the first president of the Chinese Empire Reform Association in Victoria.
