PublicA series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. Dr. Cowan and Dr. Robert F. Scagel discussed how modern people view the sea. Dr. Scagel emphasized the dynamic of the ocean and the relationship with people. He also introduced different instruments and equipment used for their research. Dr. Cowan explained the movement of tides and currents and how they affected the fishery.
