The first floor contains a hall, drawing room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, larder and bedroom. A veranda and porte cochere are attached. The second floor includes a bedroom, maid's room and bathroom. A detached one-bay garage is located at the extreme northeast corner of the property. Drawings AP706-AP710 are stamped and inscribed: "This is one of the drawings referred to in our contract dated Dec. 26/12. [Signed] N. Benneck & Sons [and] Arthur Gore".
