The basement contains a laundry and furnace room. The ground floor comprises a porch, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, guest room, bedroom and bathroom. The attic consists of a bedroom, water closet and linen closet. An alternate attic plan substitutes a full bathroom for the water closet and linen closet. Drawings signed "D Fleming [and] Fairhurst Bros".
