Chinese arch, erected on Government Street

Chinese arch erected on Government Street between Yates and View Streets, Victoria, B.C. for the visit of Earl Grey. Earl Grey was the ninth Governor General of Canada, appointed by King Edward VII in 1904, and he traveled extensively in Canada.
