Undated letter from Johnny Cash to Saul Holiff about booking Rose Maddox and Bob Luman through his ex-manager Stew Carnall. Gives him "top secret" hints about Carnall trying to "snow him." Notes that money paid to other performers on the tour will be excluded when calculating Holiff's commission. Mentions Gordon Terry who worked with Johnny Western.
