Surveyed by E.M. Skinner, 1898. [Signed by A.W. Vowell, Indian Reserve Commissioner, no date.] [Approved by F. Carter-Cotton, Chief Commissioner of Lands and Works, 24 April 1899.] Based upon the district name in the plan title, this land was originally part of Cassiar Land District. Mylar copy of a map ap showing Reserves along the Skeena River including Reserve No. 1 (Hazelton, now known as Gitanmaax); and Reserve No. 4 (Anlaw). Land cover and features described on the map include the town of Hazelton, graves, village, cemetery, Hagwilget River (now known as Buckley River), gardens, trails, a canon, and types of soil, land, and timber.
