Living Sea 05 (1957-05-30) : the edge of the Sea
PublicA series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. In this part Dr. Cowan introduced the inter-tidal animal of the rocky seashores in British Columbia and how they survived these difficult conditions caused by pounding waves during the ebb and flow of the tides. He mentioned clean fish, lump sucker, mussel, star fish, barnacle, and perch and dogfish.
