Letter from Michael Hamburger to Robin Skelton, [April 03, 1956?]
Part of a collection of letters from poet and German-English translator Michael Hamburger to Robin Skelton. Most of the correspondence discusses work of Hamburger’s that might be included in publications put together by Skelton. In this letter, Hamburger thanks Skelton for returning his typescripts, and writes about recent vacancies at the University of Reading that he thinks Skelton would have been suitable for.
