A series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. Dr. Cowan use eelgrass as an example to introduce seagrass. Eelgrass provides one of the richest small habitats for different creatures to live together, including marine invertebrates like shrimp and stalked jellyfish, and small fishes like perch and rock cod.
