Town Site at Maple Bay

The plans for a town on Maple Bay in North Cowichan on Vancouver Island. Includes several rows of numbered blocks of numbered plots of land and letters on the streets between them. There are roads leading from the Somonos settlement and from the Cowichan Bay and Comiaken settlements. There are several plots on the banks of Maple Bay that have been labeled for government reserves. There are some light relief marks on the map and it has been signed and noted that it has been approved by the executive council.
