Gaultheria shallon
Close up on a cluster of drooping bell-shaped white-to-pinkish flowers. Gaultheria shallon is a leathery-leaved shrub native to western North America, about 0.2 to 5 m tall. Its dark blue berries and young leaves are both edible. (Family: ericaceae).
