Letter from Ford Madox Ford to Herbert Read, June 30, 1920
PublicPart of a collection of friendly correspondence between Sir Herbert Read and novelist, literary critic, and editor, Ford Madox Ford. In this letter, Ford denies that he and Stella are aesthetes. He asks Read to visit as soon as possible before Ford begins the process of moving house, and advises Read that the sooner they have a discussion about Read's novel the better, so that Read will not approach the discussion too attached to a large amount of work.
