- March 25 Friday Last draft of I did Nothing *, then it was typed. Revised first draft of Act I, Scene 1, T.Ending . At Mr Mills bought a Chinese lion & a Staffordshire lamb for Julian: also a round gilt frame for ourselves. (2/0) Laura on last pages of World & Ourselves Checked another batch of page-proofs of her poems. Alan & Beryl helped her with typing (Karl having a kold cold ) Wet day. A.G. came in afternoon. * Later called Idle Hands
