In 1982 the Native Brotherhood Culture Club at Kent Institution in Agassiz, B.C. asked for permission to conduct religious pipe bundle ceremonies involving a pipe, eagle feathers, sage, cedar, and sweet grass. This pamphlet contains testimonials from various Native men, asking forthe ceremony, and lists the roadblocks in the way. Folded inside the pamphlet is a blank petition asking that "the Canadian Judicial system recognize and enforce Freedom of Religion for Indigenous peoples", and a letter requesting letters of support, signing the petition, donations of stamps and envelopes, and financial support.
