Plan and elevations. Addition of sleeping balcony and closet on second floor adjacent to three bedrooms. Maclure originally designed the house in 1911 for J.D. Pemberton Jr. (see file 145) and prepared further alterations and additions in 1922-24 for Lawrence M. Earle (see file 48). The original address was 1652 Wilmot Place. Signed by John E. Shenk.
