Laura: Michael Roberts has given in about James. Also letter from Maisie with photo of John [Ewen] & account of accident. With Salamo on the hill by Calabat. Fresh cloudy day. (Lightning & fullmoon at night) With Schwarz & Strenge , Gelat , Karl Laura & I to Costa d'Or. Beefsteak sandwiches then to hear radio & gramaphone in the Sala. (Too loud) Gelat saw the Hacienda people & tomorrow may learn the name. Working on Richards introduction..
