Griffiths Residence [Project: 128-12-70]

Project material consists of one large folder of architectural drawings pertaining to the design of the Griffiths Residence and a later design for a boathouse on the property. The property is located at 8129 Lochside Drive in Central Sannich, B.C. The Griffiths are variously identified as “Dr. Marion E.M. Griffiths” and “Mr. and Dr. J.R. Griffiths”. Included are floor plans; site plans; plumbing plans; schedules; elevations; sections drawings; detail drawings; electrical plans; specifications; perspective drawings; sketches; and other material produced at various stages of the design process.
