[Building lot plan, with measurements]

Shows the boundaries of a building lot, on one sheet with pencil annotations, marked "101". Size of lot is indicated as 87 ft., 6 in. in width (at the road), and varies from 415 ft. to 509 ft., 6 in. in depth. (Scale 1/50 in. = 1 ft.). It appears that slices of the lot were owned by different people: Zee, Chang, and Luthy. Dated 21th July. [sic]
