The Elders Council for Parks in British Columbia is an independent society, whose members are retired parks system employees and conservation advocates who have dedicated a significant portion of their lives to parks and protected areas in B.C. On August 15th, 2005 in Victoria, B.C. Bill Merilees interviews Dr. Ian McTaggart-Cowan about non BC Parks related information and the first of a three part interview with Gordon McNabb.
