The ground floor contains a hall, den, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, larder, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, water closet and two verandas. The attic (called second floor on the plan) comprises two bedrooms. The exterior walls are finished in roughcast. Leaded glass windows are shown throughout. Drawings AP1547 and AP1549-AP1553 are stamped and inscribed: "This is one of the drawings referred to in our contract dated June 21.12. [Signed . illegible. and] G.S. Rothwell".
