The ground floor comprises a drawing room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, larder, bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and water closet. The attic contains two bedrooms. Wood-frame construction is finished in half timbering. Drawings AP1792-AP1793 signed by H.C. Verner and J.G. Somerville.
