Letter from Michael Hamburger to Robin Skelton, June 28, 1968
Part of a collection of letters from poet and German-English translator Michael Hamburger to Robin Skelton. Most of the correspondence discusses work of Hamburger’s that might be included in publications put together by Skelton. In this letter, Hamburger writes about potentially contributing to Skelton's memorial issue for Herbert Read, but shares recent difficulties in his personal life. He mentions the poet Vernon Watkins, and Louis Adeane.
