• July 26th Tues. Fourth draft of Autobiographical Alan Beryl Dorothy went to Rennes, brought back their belongings from Rue de Nantes . Laura working on Aristotle, all day. Bought a woman's bicycle for £1. A ride to St Briac: a puncture. Fine weather; no worries Spanish Government cross Ebro Insurgents have been attacking at Sagunto etc for over a fortnight.
