Living sea 23 (1958-02-16) : homeward bound
PublicA series of documentary kinescopes with filmed inserts dealing with the sea and sea life. Hosted by Ian McTaggart-Cowan. Dr. Cowan introduced Pacific salmon migration route and the salmon run. He explained how the bridge and dam on Fraser River affected the salmon run and introduced fishway and fish elevator built to help salmon pass around the barriers and reach their spawn place.
