Block plan, plans, elevations, sections and details. Two-storey house with basement. The ground floor comprises a vestibule with adjoining lavatory, hall, living room, sun room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast ingle, pantry and maid's room. The second floor contains a hall, alcove, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The exterior walls are finished in roughcast with shingles or clapboard in the tops of the gable ends.
