Shows the calligraphy given to Chinese Canadian Cultural Association when Zhang Aiping visited Victoria in 1984. “增進中加友誼 參加祖國建設 華僑聯誼會 張愛萍 一九八四年七月三日”. Zhang Aiping served as Minister of National Defence of the People's Republic of China from 1982 to 1988. Photo taken on June 18, 2011.
