Letter from William Plomer to John Betjeman, February 17, 1970
PublicPart of a collection of letters to John Betjeman from William Plomer (British poet, novelist and literary editor). Plomer asks Betjeman if he would be interested in being the guest of honour at the Poetry Society's annual luncheon on May 30. He also asks about a drawing that Max did in March 1916, that included Yeats, Masefield, Sturge Moore, Binyon, Hewlett, Belloc, Seaman, and Newbolt.
