- Dec 15th Thursday. Laura tried to get up but did not succeed until 7 pm when Beryl & Dorothy came back from Rennes: Beryl had been seen the dentist's wife since the d même was en chasse . Spent a long time on letter to Flower about why he should not be sarcastic when I object to be being described as a 'significant artist' We had tea at 11 pm as usual tasting of gummi-wasser-flasche-wasser Dictionary . Leonie had her thum finger lanced jusque l'os and wanted to show the result to Laura lying in bed feeling rather awful: so I looked at it instead.
