The Provincial Normal School (PNS) was established in Victoria, B.C., in January 1915, to provide preliminary and advanced courses in teacher training. In 1978, Judith Windle conducted 19 interviews in which former instructors and students discussed their experiences at the Provincial Normal School. In this interview, Wilkinson discuses his time as a student (1926-1927) at the Provincial Normal School, in Victoria, B.C. Subjects include the establishment of the PNS, fellow students and faculty, including Mr. Gibson and C.B. Woods, the Literary Society, sports and the library.
