Typed recommendation letter addressed to Professor Dr. Wildbolz from the medical director (A. Israel) of the Jewish Hospital in Hamburg. Discusses Siegfried Preuss' medical qualifications and length of employment in the surgery department of the hospital. Mentions some of the tasks that Preuss had completed while he was there. including his work on "carcinoide". States that in his opinion Preuss' work met the requirements to present it as a dissertation to the medical faculty in Bern.
