The first (AP846-AP848, undated) calls for the enclosure of part of a veranda to form a sun room and the addition of an adjoining conservatory next to the dining room. The second project (AP849-AP851, dated 1926) extends the second floor, making room for two new bedrooms, a bathroom and linen closet.
