Letter from Johnny Cash to Saul Holiff, 1961-05?

Letter from Johnny Cash to Saul Holiff telling him not to book shows in November and December and updating him about his plan to visit Jerusalem. Letter probably from May 1966 since Cash mentions profit of 750 pounds and reproves Holiff for reprimanding the members of his show and Mervyn Conn, the promoter for Cash's tour in Great Britain in May 1966, which Holiff left after Cash missed a show in Paris.
