Edited by Patrick W. Rafferty and Stephen L. Foote.
Article topics include: Robert D. Hare creates the "Hare" test that identifies psycopaths, which may impact prisoners' Statutory Release date; first-person account by John Howard prison visitor; a history of WHAT (William Head Amateur Theatre) and WHOS (William Head on Stage). NOTE: WHAT began with Theatre 299, a course in the Prison Education Program. The first performance of WHAT followed in 1981 (Harold Pinter's The Birthday Party). The name of the drama group later changed to WHOS.
