- Feb 2 Thursday Not feeling too good Lunch in bed but then worked until 3 am – Dictionary & checking Greeks & Trojans with Laura. We had supper at Montauban, the five of us, and there was a new thing about an animal called the 'irk' who fed on modern architecture. In the mirror as I lay in bed in the morning I saw a large bird with yellow back & wings fly into the cherry tree. The first primroses in the avenue Ros sent a Napoleonic flax-plant picture. Franco takes Vich.
