House on Lucerne Road, Shanghai (12)

Shows footprint of the house and drive, and the dimensions of the lot, on recto of one sheet. With additions in pencil, ink, coloured pencil, and notes in pencil on reverse, marked "102". Indicates size of the drive, vegetable garden, and garden & house. Names Zee and Chang are listed next to what appear to be lot sizes. Possibly dated July 21st within the 1920s. Verso of blueprint has mathematical calculations and dollar amounts (presumably purchase price of parts of the building lot, or dollar amounts of materials purchased). (Scale: 1/50 in. = 1 ft.)
