Letter from Saul Holiff to Barbara Robinson (his future wife) telling her that Johnny Cash has fired him as manager but wants him to keep booking shows. Writes that he is upset by the suddenness of Cash's decision and believes Cash has never trusted him. Mentions trying to overcome loneliness and self-pity and acknowledges that Barbara is right in saying he is "preoccupied with death."
